Privacy policy

Effective 14 September 2026. Adeptive is the developer consultancy of Hakan Tas, registered at Fältspatsvägen 2, 167 41 Stockholm, Sweden. This page explains what personal data Adeptive collects, why, and what your rights are. Questions and requests: hakan@adeptive.se.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running. Logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.

We use web analytics to understand how the site is used. Analytics data is aggregated; where the law requires it, analytics runs only after you consent. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we keep your message and contact details to reply to you and for as long as the conversation is relevant.

Adeptive works as an external development partner for agencies and e-commerce companies. To find and contact companies that may need such a partner, we keep a small business-contact register.

What we store: the company (name, website, country, publicly stated services and technology), and for the person we may contact: name, role, employer, business email or public profile link where these are published, the public source where we found them, and the date. We also keep a record of our own messages and your replies.

Where it comes from: public sources such as the company website, professional association and award directories, platform partner listings, public professional profiles, and business-contact data providers.

Why: to introduce Adeptive to companies whose published work suggests a need for an external developer, and to keep track of the correspondence so we do not contact anyone twice. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Swiss FADP), balanced against your interests: we contact you in a professional role, once or twice, and stop as soon as you say so. Where a country requires consent for a channel, we use that channel only with consent.

How long: business contacts are kept for 12 months after our last correspondence, then deleted. If you object, we delete your details immediately and keep only your name and the fact that you objected, so that we do not contact you again.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our contacting you, or ask us to restrict processing. Email hakan@adeptive.se; we answer within one month. Replying 'no thanks' to any message is enough to stop all further contact.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Sweden the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the United Kingdom the ICO, or the authority of your own country.

Service providers that host our systems, deliver email, and help draft messages process data on our behalf under contract, only for these purposes. When we use an AI service to help write a message, it receives publicly available company information only, never your reply.

Some providers are outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland. Transfers rely on the recognised safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
